I highly recommend these products and this dealership in particular. I had never owned a firearm and hadn’t fired anything in about 35 years. I called the store looking for information about Byrna products and Joseph answered the phone. I arrived at the store and the service polite and straight forward. This is what I like, no hard sell. He walked me through all of the features and benefits of each model and let me try one out on the indoor range. I felt that he would spend as much time as I need to be comfortable with the product and the features. I was set up with the kit, laser sight and extra ammo. I gave my wife and daughter a tutorial of how to use the weapon and set up a small practice range in the basement. Two minutes in they were completely comfortable with the process. We even did a dark room training run to try and cover all scenarios. I feel much more prepared for any “what if” events.
