I visited Live Safe NE on a Wednesday without an appointment. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Joe Lapalme. He was with another customer at the time and said he would be with me shortly. Joe spent time helping my learn about Byrna and showed me a few models in the shooting range. I ended up purchasing on the spot and Joe even took additional time to go over maintenance and registration with me. I was on a time crunch that day and Joe offered to have me back to over my purchase in greater detail another day. I really appreciated that and appreciated him taking the time to really go over what I was buying. A++++.
