My husband, Marc, made an appointment for us at Live Safe New England on December 13th because he wanted to buy a Byrna for me for Christmas. Our appointment was with Joe. He was wonderful. He first listened as I described my protection needs and recommended the launcher that was right for me. At the practice range, my husband and I both shot the compact launcher (the model that I chose.) Joe’s instruction was so thorough. He made sure that I was completely comfortable with loading, carrying, and firing the CL. After fun at the range, Joe helped us pick out projectiles to best fit my needs. In all, we were there for about an hour and a half. I would, 100%, recommend buying a Byrna from Live Safe New England.
